We reccommend reaching out as soon as you have your date and venue confirmed. As a general rule, wedding catering is usually booked 6-12 months in advance, while corporate catering can be accommodated within a shorter time frame.

Absolutely. With advanced scheduling, we can provide banquet employees from bartenders, to servers and even on-site kitchen staff! There may be fees for staffing your event, so please let us know what you’re looking for and we are happy to quote pricing.
Absolutely! We have licensed bartenders that can provide service for a fully hosted bar, whether at a packaged price, or based on consumption. Due to our licensing, we cannot provide a bar with cash service for events not held at the Harley-Davidson Museum.
We can provide disposable utensils, napkins and plates. If you are interested in china, you may arrange on your own or we are happy to provide a quote.
Service charges are separate from a gratuity. Gratuities are appreciated but not expected, and is at your discretion.
Yes. A delivery fee is assessed based upon location of drop off. Let us know if you’d also like us to set this up for you.
