Annie is the Director of Sales for 1903 Events in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Annie and the sales team are responsible for booking private events on the 20-acre Harley-Davidson Museum® campus, including the six event rooms and a park-like outdoor setting that is surrounded on three sides by the Menomonee River. In additional to her sales role, Annie is responsible for monthly sales forecasting, marketing activities, and accounts receivables for the department. Annie is our venue lead contact with VISIT Milwaukee, our local convention and visitor’s bureau.
Annie started her career in the hospitality industry at the age of 15, washing dishes at a local restaurant. After many years on the service side, she transitioned into a planner for Arthur Andersen LLP. At Arthur Andersen, Annie was responsible for all internal meetings and events, including alumni parties.
After leaving Arthur Andersen, Annie transitioned into a sales role for the Wisconsin Center District, owners and operators of the UWM Panther Arena, Miller High Life Theatre and the Wisconsin Center. Annie was part of the opening team for the new convention center. After eight years at the Wisconsin Center District, Annie assumed the role of Director of Sales and was part of the opening team for the Harley-Davidson Museum.
Shay Wegner is the Social Events Sales Manager for 1903 Events at the Harley-Davidson Museum. With a passion for creating memories that will last a lifetime for your wedding or other gathering meant to celebrate life’s milestones, she dedicates herself to working alongside her clients to help them make informed decisions throughout the event-planning process and bring their personal vision to life.
Shay graduated from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a degree in organizational communications. Her hospitality career began shortly thereafter at Blue Plate Catering in Chicago as a Sales Event Assistant. She was later promoted to Event Producer where she coordinated off-premise weddings and events at more than 50 venues throughout Chicago. She has a lengthy history of creating custom menus, designing venue layouts and more. An opportunity to work for The Bartolotta Restaurant Group as the Sales & Catering Manager brought her to Milwaukee before she joined the 1903 Events team.
Shay is an active member of the Southern Wisconsin National Association for Catering and Events. She is dedicated to keeping up on the latest food, wine and event trends to help clients create a day (or night) their guests will never forget.
Megan Frasca is the Corporate Events Sales Manager for 1903 Events at the Harley-Davidson Museum. With more than ten years of experience in the event industry, Megan works tirelessly to ensure her clients’ visions for their corporate meeting or event become reality.
Megan graduated from Purdue University in 2009 with a degree in hospitality and tourism management with an emphasis in lodging and food services. Her career began shortly after at Levy Restaurants as a guest relations representative where she coordinated food and beverage menus for luxury suite operations at properties around the country. Following that, she worked for Harry Caray’s Restaurant Group. There, she managed offsite catering and planned events at numerous venues. She then went on to work for Blue Plate Catering as a Sales Consultant. In this role, she coordinated events at more than 90 venues throughout Chicago. An opportunity to join the 1903 Events team brought her to Milwaukee in March 2020.
Megan is dedicated to immersing herself in the culture of Milwaukee so she can offer the best to all her clients. She is passionate about making the event-planning process enjoyable and smooth for all involved.

The event was great last night. I heard GREAT things about all of the food. The potato pancake rubens were also well received. Staff was wonderful and everything went off without a hitch. Thank you for your part in an excellent event!
Everything turned out awesome and the staff was incredible! The events team went above and beyond to help and can’t thank you all enough for helping make our big day smooth and amazing! The guests thought the food was amazing. We did not hear one complaint about anything!
